Terms
Unless otherwise arranged, all shipments are F.O.B. at our warehouses in Silver Spring, MD or Lowell, MA. Packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are requested.
Payments are net 30 days from the date of invoice for wholesale customers with approved credit. 2% discount for payment within 10 days. Accounts must be current according to terms specified before later shipments will be sent. Late charges of 1.5% per month will apply to past due account balances.
Back Orders
InterMedia generally fulfills orders for currently stocked items within 24 hours. Requests for out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and fulfilled when they become available.
Returns
We will accept returns when received by us in resalable condition within 120 days of invoice. Book must still be in print for full credit return.
Shipping Problems
Contact Customer Service immediately if your shipment is damaged, incorrect or missing ordered items. Please keep original cartons and all packaging.
