Orders
We accept orders through our Website, fax and phone. Click here to place an order. Our books also are available through select wholesalers and distributors.

Terms
Unless otherwise arranged, all shipments are F.O.B. at our warehouses in Silver Spring , MD or Lowell , MA . Packages are shipped via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are requested. Payments are net 30 from date of invoice for wholesale customers with approved credit. 2% discount for payment within 10 days.

Accounts must be current according to terms specified before later shipments will be sent. Late charges of 1.5% per month will apply to past due account balances.

Back Orders
InterMedia generally fulfills orders for currently stocked items within 24 hours. Requests for out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and fulfilled when they become available.

Returns
We offer money-back guarantees on all our books. Consumers may return any book within 30 days for full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be in resalable condition.

Shipping Problems
Contact Customer Service immediately if your shipment is damaged, incorrect or missing ordered items. Please keep original cartons and all packaging.
