Libraries purchasing directly from InterMedia receive a 20% discount from list price.

Terms
Unless otherwise arranged, all shipments are F.O.B. at our warehouses in Silver Spring, MD or Lowell, MA . Packages are shipped via FedEx ground unless other arrangements are requested. Payments are net 30 days from date of invoice for library orders accompanied by a purchase order. 2% discount for payment within 10 days. Late charges of 1.5% per month will apply to past due account balances.

Back Orders
InterMedia generally fulfills orders for currently stocked items within 24 hours. Requests for out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and fulfilled when they become available.

Shipping Problems
Contact Customer Service immediately if your shipment is damaged, incorrect or missing ordered items. Please keep original cartons and all packaging.
